JEWELRY REPAIRMAN COURSE: To introduce the basics of jewelry repair by learning the terminology, tools, practices, and techniques in a personalized student/jeweler setting. There will be hands‐on experience in minor repairs. This course will prepare the student for an occupation in jewelry repair with basic expertise.
JEWELRY SPECIALIST COURSE: To cover in depth all areas of jewelry repair by learning repair techniques, jewelry design, and the artistic qualities needed to create beautiful jewelry. This course will prepare the student for an occupation as an expert in jewelry repair.
JEWELRY MAKER COURSE: This course will provide instruction by designing and making jewelry while utilizing the principles and techniques learned in previous courses and reinforcing the confidence needed to pursue this trade to the fullest extent. This is accomplished with creative projects intended to explore new techniques, materials, and ideas. This course will prepare the student for an occupation as an expert jewelry maker.
WATCH REPAIRMAN COURSE: To introduce the basics of watch repair by learning the terminology, tools, practices, and techniques in a one‐on‐one student/teacher setting. There will be hands‐on experience in minor repairs. This course will prepare the student for an occupation in watch repair with basic expertise.
WATCH SPECIALIST COURSE: To cover in depth all areas of watch repair by learning repair techniques and applying them on projects in a one‐on‐one student/teacher setting. This course will prepare the student for an occupation as an expert in watch repair.
WATCH MAKER COURSE: This course will provide instruction by designing and making watch parts while utilizing the principles and techniques learned in previous courses and reinforcing the confidence needed to pursue this trade to the fullest extent. This course will prepare the student for an occupation as an expert watch maker.
CLOCK REPAIRMAN COURSE: To introduce the basics of clock repair by learning the terminology, tools, practices, and techniques in a one‐on‐one student/teacher setting. There will be hands‐on experience in minor repairs. This course will prepare the student for an occupation in clock repair with basic expertise.
CLOCK SPECIALIST COURSE: To cover in depth all areas of clock repair by learning repair techniques and applying them on projects in a one‐on‐one student/teacher setting. This course will prepare the student for an occupation as an expert in watch repair.
CLOCK MAKER COURSE: This course will provide instruction by designing and making clock parts while utilizing the principles and techniques learned in previous courses and reinforcing the confidence needed to pursue this trade to the fullest extent. This course will prepare the student for an occupation as an expert clock maker.
The following Seminars are available on selected Saturdays. Each Seminar is designed to educate the student in certain basic concepts. Each four‐hour** class combines theory with bench work and includes a student project. Each student receives a Certificate of Completion, the student project, and all tools provided with the Seminar. Only one Seminar is taught on any given Saturday. All Seminars begin promptly at 1:00 p.m. ** and finish at 5:00 p.m. Class size is limited.
